BOM is auto-drafted from drawings and specs using your rate library. The system flags custom vendor items and notifies the estimator when a job is ready to quote.
Survey
A physical site visit is scheduled. Surveyors receive an auto-assigned checklist link on their phone. Completion triggers instantly when all photos are uploaded.
Contract & E-Signature
Zero human step. The platform's internal e-signature engine merges accepted estimate lines, captures ESIGN/UETA consent, and secures the signed record in the job file.
Engineering & Design
An engineering workspace with full drawing version history. Price-impacting revisions are auto-flagged as change orders. Drawings lock at final-for-record.
Final Estimate
Only fires if Engineering changed the scope. Re-runs the pricing engine to calculate the dollar delta, linking original and final estimates to the change order.
Deposit & Accounting
Hard lead time starts here. Integrates with payment gateways to capture deposit based on terms, notifying the shop floor the job is live.
Purchasing & Inventory
POs are auto-drafted from BOM shortfall and checked against the Final Estimate budget. Buyers only need to approve exceptions. Inventory updates on receipt.
Scheduling & Delivery Date
Only unlocks when materials confirm. Provides real-time slot-locking with concurrency handling so two customers never claim the same date.
Production Scheduling
Live capacity calendar by station. The system predicts delay risk before it happens by comparing committed dates vs vendor lead time and buffer.
Installation
Same-day installer link with no login required. A strict SOP checklist ensures the job is built exactly to spec. Flips to installed when photos land.
Inspection & Signoff
Customer self-service booking link for the walkthrough. Final invoice fires the instant signature is captured on-site. Job closed.
